A Romantic Cocktail Party at Euridge Manor

This captivating Cocktail Party at Euridge Manor was just one compelling segment of a three-day affair, expertly curated by Michelle from Pocketful of Dreams. Unfolding across various locations, the pinnacle of this grand affair was the opulent wedding within the Euridge Manor gardens, starting with this romantic, flower-filled outdoor reception overlooking the boathouse.

Anchored by a pair of lush, untamed floral columns, these designs served as the pièce de résistance and focal point for a splendid affair. Bursting with color-blocked summer blooms in whimsical lilac, blue, pink, mint, and soft peachy hues, and complemented by an abundance of locally sourced foliage, it was a design that perfectly framed the picturesque outdoor setting.

Wild and organic florals cascaded down the steps and seamlessly blended into the garden, framing an array of interactive food stations featuring delights from Jamon Iberico, the couple’s favourite bagels, and custom-designed crepe and gelato carts. As the cocktails flowed and music filled the air, our profusion of florals added the final touch to this enchanting summer tableau. We couldn’t think of a more captivating start to the wedding festivities.

From the elevated terrace, guests enjoyed a picturesque view of the boathouse, set against a backdrop of turquoise-blue water. To complement this idyllic scene, we created a rambling, asymmetrical arch that gracefully ascended from the floor. Mirroring the blooms adorning the garden terrace this focal piece ensured harmony between the two spaces, taking into account the perspective of those admiring the view. This seamless integration of elements was all part of Michelle’s masterful design, and we were thrilled to bring it to life.

To top it all off, this fabulous celebration was blessed with an idyllic day, the weather gods gracing the event with a perfect canvas of beautiful blue skies, gentle sunshine that was just right, and an absence of even the slightest hint of wind. It was quite possibly the stillest day ever witnessed in this part of the Cotswolds, adding an extra layer of perfection to the already exquisite affair.
