Last weekend, we had the privilege of creating the exquisite floral arrangements for Jane and Daniel’s intimate garden wedding, set amidst the idyllic grounds of their private home in the serene Hertfordshire countryside. Today, we’re thrilled to share with you a glimpse of their magical day through these stunning preview photos, beautifully captured by the talented Alex Grace Jones.

At the heart of Jane and Daniel’s wedding ceremony stood an abundant, oversized floral arch, artfully crafted in an organic and unstructured style that embraced the natural, surrounding beauty of the garden. Clusters of seasonal blooms, expertly arranged amidst a lush array of English foliage, created a luxurious yet relaxed focal point for their ceremony. A series of garden-inspired floral designs, evoking the picturesque borders of an English garden in full bloom ran the length of the aisle featuring artfully grouped roses, peonies, British-grown orlaya, spirea, foxgloves, and alliums.

Jane’s bouquet was a masterpiece in itself, hand-tied with a blousy combination of peonies, garden roses, and her favourite flowers, sweet peas. However, there was more than meets the eye. Nestled amidst the blooms were two carefully chosen crystals, hand-selected by a specialist commissioned by Paula, when she discovered Jane’s shared affinity for these precious gems. Each crystal carried its own unique energy and was accompanied by a heartfelt, handwritten letter detailing their individual qualities. It’s these thoughtful details that elevate every wedding we have the honour of being part of, infusing them with an extra layer of love and meaning.

Following the ceremony and drinks reception, guests were led to a hidden marquee, a luxurious haven adorned with soft, pale, and romantic floral designs in hues of beige, creams, and blush. Undulating ceramic vessels featuring fluffy hydrangeas, garden roses, blousy peonies, British-grown Orlaya, and dancing honesty ran the length of the banquet tables, exuding paired-back elegance. Meanwhile, statement groupings of gypsophila, Lunaria, pampas grass, and dried amaranths cascaded from the ceiling with dramatic effect.

It was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with the immensely talented Jessie of Studio Sorores, who curated every detail of this intimate wedding to perfection. From the stunning styled table linens and bespoke menus to the carefully chosen furniture and lighting, every element seamlessly reflected Jane and Daniel’s unique style and love story.

We would also like to extend our appreciation to the remarkable team of wedding suppliers who contributed their talents to make this celebration truly exceptional.
