It’s with great pleasure that we take a look inside the elegant Jewish wedding ceremony of Jessica and Phillip.
From Jessica’s Vivienne Westwood dress, Lucy Says I do bespoke invitations – complete with map of the Four Seasons Hampshire grounds – to their special four-legged ring bearer it was a wedding of immeasurable style!
Jessica and Phillip’s wedding was especially close to my heart because my own wedding was at The Four Seasons Hampshire; the venue is breathtakingly beautiful and perfectly matched the couples style. For me, the most humbling part of the day was when the Mother of the Bride commented that she would see me next time for her other daughter’s wedding. I was thrilled that we had created floral designs that exceeded all expectations.

We first met our friend Lucy from JustSeventy eighteen months prior to the wedding. JustSeventy are a modern and talented production company who put their stamp of creativity on each project they work on, and Jessica and Phillip’s wedding was no different. Paula and JustSeventy shared ideas back and forth before meeting with the couple in London. Paula immediately felt in tune with Jessica and Phillip’s wishes, and from there Paula set about sketching floral designs.
The Bride
The beautiful Bride’s sleek couture dress dazzled all of their guests; most of all her then soon to be husband! Jessica left mouths aghast as she walked down the aisle in her flawless gown and classic Westwood pearl and gold accessories. The stunning bride was adamant that she would remain as natural looking as possible for her big day and she mastered natural beauty with such ease.
The Four Seaons, Hampshire
The couple married at The Four Seasons Hotel, Hampshire on Sunday 11th June 2017. Jessica and Phillip consciously selected The Four Seasons Hampshire as their wedding location because of the hotels dog friendly policy. Jessica and Phillip’s dog, Winston, walked down the aisle as their ring bearer to greet the couple at the altar; it was a heartfelt touch that made all of the guests smile! Paula was a perfect fit for Jessica and Phillip as within her design process she replicates the attention to detail that the Four Seasons Hampshire notably aspire to. Paula’s Hampshire studio is a mere ten minutes away which makes her a renowned local supplier to the hotel, not to mention that Paula herself chose The Four Seasons Hampshire in 2015 for her own wedding.
In Full Bloom
The couple selected a number of statement designs in a mixture of creams and greens with a rustic feel that would complement the countryside surroundings. On arrival at the Four Seasons Hampshire on the morning of the wedding the sun shone across the perfectly manicured lawns and Paula’s team were eager to kick-start their installations.
Inside the hotel, Bark plinths were positioned either side of the corridor which led to the bar. The top and base were decorated with moss and finished with hurricane vases for an enchanted woodland appearance. In the same corridor, two tall Silver Bitch trees with fairy lights, woven throughout the branches, were positioned in the center with moss bases and hurricane vases beneath. The escort table looked stunning with gorgeous hydrangeas, bud vases and floating candles.
All Night Long
The exciting dishes of Food Story took kosher dining to a new level. As guests sat down in the ballroom to eat everyone was blown away by their intricate display of food, not to mention how delicious the dishes tasted! The night was young and the couple planned to celebrate in fashion with music by Jack Savoretti and Muzika. The dance floor was packed and the wonderful couple could not have looked happier as their family and friends took to dancing on the tables!

Robert Shack’s phenomenal photography captured the entire day perfectly; his range of natural shots complimented the style of the wedding and the sleek Bride and Groom. Paula especially loved Robert’s photograph of the gate opening into the wall gardens as she felt it resembled the gate frontier when opening the couples invite. A complete circle!
