We love nothing more than designing stunning floral arrangements for magical locations. So, when the talented Hannah from Maple Rose Design asked us to create the flowers for her romantic Autumnal wedding shoot at Euridge Manor, we were beyond thrilled.
Nestled amidst the picturesque hills of the Cotswolds, just a few miles away from the beautiful city of Bath, Euridge Manor is a captivating haven boasting a plethora of indoor and outdoor spaces that are ideal for hosting unforgettable weddings and events.
With its charming Georgian-style architecture, sparkling water features, evergreen palm trees, enchanting rose gardens, crumbled archways, and meticulously crafted topiaries, Euridge Manor is a true countryside sanctuary. And let’s not forget its private grounds, which include a charming, thatched Boathouse filled with theatrical grandeur, further enhancing the allure of this extraordinary venue. For this shoot, we had the pleasure of working in both the Boathouse and the intimate Orangery.
The Boathouse, reminiscent of an Italian villa gracing the shores of Lake Como, features a romantic rowing boat floating upon turquoise blue water, surrounded by an Italianate stone terrace complete with a pergola that bursts with abundant wisteria during the spring season.
Inside the manor, the Orangery fills with natural light pouring through its floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Opulent crystal chandeliers reflect and amplify the abundant light, creating an atmosphere of elegance and grace.
Shooting an Autumn/Winter wedding at Euridge Manor added a beautiful seasonal twist to the floral designs that we created for this shoot. One such design drew inspiration from the intricate water feature in the Orangery, adorned with hundreds of shells and pearls, which served as a guiding influence. We crafted a striking aisleway filled with an abundance of florals in an earthy palette of orange, blush, and dusky pinks. Dried and fresh elements added textural depth and interest.
From the stunning location to our carefully curated floral designs, every aspect was thoughtfully planned to capture the essence of autumnal romance and showcase the timeless beauty of the venue. This extraordinary setting, combined with the creative vision of Maple Rose Design and the ingenuity of our team and all involved, brought to life a captivating experience that truly celebrates the beauty of Autumn weddings.
